The technical revolution has inspired many changes for European transport policy. Susanne Lindahl, Policy Advisor at DG MOVE (currently on leave from the Commission), will talk about the foundations for European transport policy and give examples of how the European Union deals with groundbreaking changes in technology. In addition to contemporary and future transport policy, Lindahl will also discuss how changes in the political landscape, such as Brexit, might impact this policy area. Additionally, Lindahl will talk about her personal experience from working in the European Commission and give advice for anyone interested in an EU career.

Susanne Lindahl has a long career within the European institutions, including the European Commission and the European Parliament. She has previously worked for the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs as well as the Swedish International Agency for Development Cooperation, Sida. She is specialized in EU transport policy and EU external affairs.

Most welcome,
